I am currently using the computer that has the problem. Fortunately I am able to login to the computer that has the problems. It seems that the programs I used to scan the computer was not able to delete the virus \ trojan. I was told that I have a patching virus. I am lost and do not know what to do. First of all when my computer starts it gives me the logonuie.exe error and sometimes it able top login to the desktop and sometimes it is not. Second i am not able to go into safe mode. Third of all when I try to do a non destructive recover on my computer I get this message stop: c0000135 unable to locate component, this application has failed to start because user32.dll was not found reinstalling the application may fix the problem. Fourth issue is that i am not able to install any programs to scan my computer with. Finally I do not think that i need to reformat my whole haddrive because i am able to login to the computer most of the time. Here is what I can offer you guys a hijack log and any help will be greatly appreciated. I had problems with my computer before and some one on this forum helped me. I am sure someone can. I will resort to the destructive format of my haddrive if nothing else works.
