Odd keyboard problem
On the Toshiba laptop the keyboard is not working at all, inside or outside the OS. So, I plugged in a USB keyboard and only some of it works both inside and outside the OS. The letter and arrow and enter keys especially noticed are not working. Inside the OS the onscreen keyboard works the same way??? how could this happen? would this be caused from the keyboard controller on the mobo or what?
