The three fans that come with that case will be of quality, I can assure you.
Coolermaster makes great fans.

Although, if you want some nice high airflow quiet fans..... The Coolermaster R4, 90cfm 20db. I have three of them on my radiator, tested em out today and almost dead silent(and that is outside my case, let alone how quiet they would be inside the case).

I'll take your not making obvious the bit about the CPU heatsink, fan, whatever the hell it's called, as an indication of the case coming with one. Now if you'll pardon me, I've the accessories board to question on matters pertaining to ethernet cards, such is my ignorance in these matters.

Anyway, I have this cooler and it works fine, but I would recommend a cooler with more pipes. Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 ($79.99) Basically look for this same "style" cooler, and keep in mind, the more pipes the better.

Style meaning vertical heatpipes with fins, like the one I posted.
That cooler only has 4 pipes if you notice. This one is said to be the best for the socket 1366 Core i7: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/88...l?tl=g40c14s52 Not offered at Newegg. Also would need a 120mm fan to go with it, as it doesn't come with a fan.

There's a steel plate that goes behind the motherboard to support it.
