Default sleep timer for your computer?

is there a program that you can download that will automatically shut down your computer when you program it to?

like say i want to watch a movie on my computer and fall asleep to it. well i dont want my computer to be left on all night...

Also, if you want a more specific approach to that problem, you can download. Media Player Classic.
It has an option to shutdown after playback.
