I pulled out some hardware of my non functioning (dead psu) HP D530 desktop.
I've got:

Pentium 4 2.8ghz socket 478 processor. (533fsb, 512kb cache) I cleaned the TIM off. I believe its a 130nm one (0.13 microns)
It's an SL6PF model.

3 sticks of DDR memory. totalling 768mb and ranging from pc2100 to pc3200
The best one is a 512mb stick from "rendition" and its the pc3200 stick.
one other is a hynix 256mb stick and the last is a samsung 256mb stick.

I'll take $25 AU shipped to anywhere for the whole lot. Everything works.
If nobody is interested within a week it's off to ebay and i'll be glad to get rid of this stuff.
