Use this www.vtunnel.com and then paste the link to the site you want to go to into the box and click 'Begin Browsing' Hopefully should by-pass the problem.

I don't think I can handle all this. I think I should just do a reformat. I have all my files backed up already. I just need to know how and if the partition will save my OS.

It seems your hosts file is infected. If you have a usb flash drive go to an uninfected computer and download Combofix. Follow the instructions here.

Download combofix and then save it to the flash drive. Run combofix from the flash drive on the infected computer. It should clean it up for the most part. After running combofix, please post the log that it displays at the end and a fresh hijackthis log.
