Hi All,
Newbie here so be gentle.... I run an elevated photography business and am experiencing problems downloading the images from the camera when it is 70ft up. Im currently using an ethernet cable with usb adaptors at both ends but Im getting the "This could run better in a USB 2.0 port" and after a few seconds I lose connection even before I can use the remote camera software. Ive reinstalled my USB software and connnections are all good. Any idea whether this is a computer issue (nearly 3 year old Toshiba satellite) a lead issue or something else. Onlt clue is, it does seem to have deteriated over time. The only way round it at the moment is to take out the USB at the laptop end, wait 2 seconds, pop it back in and double click the remote viewer (Canon) as soon as I see the USB warning above. Thanks in advance. |
