IS your PC a brand-new one and you want to install fresh OS? If so, the best thing to do is to partition your hard drive and let your drive C solely dedicated for your OS <which is ideally small,4-6 GB> and your drive D for your software installation directory, and the other drive directory is for your file. After the partition and format process, you are now ready to install a fresh copy of your OS.
