Default Motherboard not compatible with.....Case????

I have the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...%20ultra%20xfx 790I Ultra XFX and when paired with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811103011 the XCLIO Windtunnel there are some little board things that dont connect the front LEDs right. It needs 3 pins for the LED (sorry if this does not sound very descriptive but i forgot exactly what there called but there the little connectors that are similar to the power button and reset sw button connectors) but the board only supports 2 pins for it..is there some sort of add-on i could get to be able to properly connect this to the board??? And anyone else that may have had this case..did you have troubles getting the temp reader to even power on in the front?? I'm quite sure all the connections are connected properly (besides the one i posted about above since its 3 pins heres an example of what im talking about this image shows two TWO pins connecters but i have one thats a 3 pin..I guess i should have researched that it would not fit the motherboard ... )..hope i didn't get a faulty case..that would just be annoying!!
