Default Best Motherboard

Here are the two motherboards I'm looking through: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131397 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128392, they're around the same price from where I am, so...

My CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 620
