Default TR/IFrame.W.19 Trojan found and quarantined

I'm running Avira Anti-Virus software and it caught the TR/IFrame.W.19 Trojan today. It wouldn't let me do an update with Avira but i did a scan. The scan found 6 instances of this virus and it quarantined them. My question is, is this all I need to do? Should I feel safe now or is there more I should do?

Is there an option on Avira to Delete/Remove them instead of just quarantine them?

Can you now update Avira Antivirus?
If so, you should reall update it and then run another scan
