Default Motherboard issue without GFX card

Hi,

I have a 9600GSO card installed on my M2N4-Sli Asus mobo, but the card has been playing up recently so it is going away to get repaired. In the mean time, is there any way I can use my PC without the card?

Here is the motherboard specs, and my monitor has DVI and VGA inputs. Sorry for my lack of technical knowledge, but on the back of the PC, ignoring the USB, ethernet, sound etc ports, it has a 9 pin slot (Edit: 9 pin serial port) and a 25 pin slot (Edit: 25 pin D-sub).

Thanks

If you don't have a video card installed and the motherboard doesn't have on board graphics then there is no way to use the PC without a video card.
