Just did some searching around on individual reviews
The Gigabyte EX58-UD3R seems to be the better of the two
With ASUS P6T, not getting the best reviews

The Asus P6T SE is the one not getting good reviews. It happens to be Asus' low end i7 board as well.

Alittle unfair comparison. The Asus is a higher end board. The Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 is pretty much its equal.

I myself would most likely go with the ASUS, triple channel memory, sli and crossfire support.

I have that gigabyte board and thus far it's been fine. I don't think the bios is setup as nicely as my previous Asus, but I guess I shouldn't comparing an old s939 board to s1366 boards... But I can vouch the gigabyte seems to be a well made board with a fair number of features. It seems to overclock well and the passive cooling works decently.

Gigabyte has duel bios so if one gets damaged then you have a spare. It also has an overclocking feature to make it easier for dummies like me.

I'd recommend Gigabyte.
