DVD menu maker

okay so I really like nero vision as a dvd maker it's pretty good. However the customization isn't to my liking. I can't customize the buttons enough. I would rant more but right now I'm looking into asking a question which is are there any dvd menu making programs you'd recommend? Professional, mid-line, inexpensive, free. Doesn't matter. Just recommend a bunch that you think are good so I can check it out.
So far between Nero and Roxio, I'm liking nero better roxio's mydvd 9 crashes so much I can't edit more than a few things before it get's buggy and crashes. Not to mention their customization is even worse.
