Save/Close

when i try to quit multiple tabs of a Firefox window sometimes it shows a tabe which has 3 options

save and quit ; quit ; cancel

or another one:

close tabs ; cancel.

i wonder why sometimes it shows the first options and another time it shows the second options??
i want it to show me the first options, always.
i was about to quit Firefox now and i want to save the tabs but there appeared those 2nd options. so all i have to do now is just close all these...

Hmm... i never experienced the second one. I only get the first one.
