Either will do great, so just go for the cheapest one you can find.

Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme Rev.2 even beats a scythe ninja 2,and comes with mx2 paste pre applied. I always thought Noctua were overpriced.
remember to check the width of your case and the height of the cooler. I made that mistake with the scythe katana.
