Default Help identifying and deleting suspicious temp file process

Hello!

I just discovered a suspicious temp file in my windows/temp directory. I have no idea how long I've had it or what it belongs to as its updates its date at start up. When I check the properties for the file, nothing is indicated as to its source or what process its connected to.

The file renames itself at each reboot i.e :JETC013.tmp, JETE2EE.tmp, etc. I "caught this file creating other files with just numbers "26337252" in the temp folder then they disappear.

When I attempt to delete it, I get a message stating that file is open in another program? I did this from command prompt as well. By all accounts this feels like a virus or malware. Ran Norton, ccleaner no problems found.

Thanks in advance!

Please run combofix and post the log that it displays at the end. Follow the instructions carefully and download it from here.

Afterwards download and run hijackthis and post the logfile.
