Default Quick question - Thermal Paste / overclock

Hey i am about to purchase off of newegg an AMD Phenom II X4 940 Deneb along with a new motherboard.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103471

Do these packages usually come with thermal paste or should I order some better brand along with my purchase? I plan to overclock this thing but it will be my first time doing so do I need to get an aftermarket cooler or do CPUs nowawdays come with decent coolers. The overclock wont be too high probably just a few steps.

thank you for your time!
