guys , I want to overclock my PC to the highest and stable as possible.

These are my specs

Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-M56S-S3 (4 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN, IEEE-1394).

MotherboardChipset:
nVIDIA nForce 560, AMD Hammer

BIOS:
Award Modular BIOS v 6.00PG

Processor:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ (2900 MHz) (14.5 x 200)

RAM:
1Gb x 2 Corsair XMS2 CM2X DDR2-800 SDRAM (5-5-5-18 @ 400MHz) (4-4-4-13 @ 270 MHz)

Graphic Card:
ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT (1024 Mb)

Hard Drive:
MAXTOR STM380215AS (80 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)

I've search almost similar threads here and practice it, but It didn't come to solution yet, because a few differences of specs maybe (??)

I'm not a computer-expert, in fact, I am new. So any help will be valuable

Well, since you don't have a black edition CPU you have to use the Bus speed to overclock. Seems you know how it works, it's bus speed X the multiplier and thats your clock speed. Increasing the bus speed will also overclock your RAM and hyper transport. Now, overclocking the Hyoer transport is fine, but the Ram will become unstable fast if you have tight timings. I would set your timings back to 5-5-5-18, but set your ram back to ddr2-667 in the bios. This way your ram is underclocked to 333, and that leaves overclocking room.
After thats done, now you can move on to overclocking. In the Bios, if your gigabyte board is like mine on the top left the first one says ''MB intelligent tweaker''. Thats what you want to go into. Find the CPU bus speed, it should say it's currently at 200. Move it to 210, save and exit the bios and let it boot into windows. Now, run Prime95 for about an hour watching your CPU temps and this will make sure the setting is stable. If you don't have anything to see your temps, go to gigabyte's website and download the Easytune5 pro and there's a ''hardware monitor'' you can use. Just google search prime95 for that download.
But it's that easy. Take the bus speed in small increments after 210, like 5 more everytime and go and see if it's stable. Once you get a blue screen of death, go back to the previous setting. This is the point where you will need to add more voltage to get the CPU stable at higher overclocks, but you should have an aftermarket CPU cooler to do this.

When I was a noob at overclocking, a google search only left me more confused than ever because every setup is different and every BIOS is different. So I figured I'd explain it for you. It only took a few minutes, I don't know why it's so hard for other people.

Well have fun. I just overclocked my CPU as well.
If your BIOS supports unlinked mode (meaning you can overclock the CPU seperately to the RAM, Northbridge etc.) that would be easier because you won't have to fiddle with the RAM.

It's pretty easy to leave it linked, most boards don't have that option. Right now I'm working on overclocking my backup system. The Ram is ddr2-800, so 400mhz. I set it to 333 in the bios, so with a 240 bus speed I'm right back at 400 mhz on the ram and my 705e is at 3.0ghz with a 12.5 multiplier.
