yeah im pretty shit with nero n i got a few music film clips of a band when they are live n i wanna be able to listen to em as an audio file on my computer/brick discman been meaning to upgrade will get there some day plz help need to know how to change them into an audio file using a program thanks

you could use virtualDub to extract music (audio) from a video file.

if it makes them into wave files you can encode them into Mp3 files. That will take youe 30 megs and shrink it up
