Default Video Card Problem?

Hey all, im new to this forum and im glad i found you im kind of a newbie on this so bear with me please. I have a problem with the graphics whenever i enter a game to play. At first i dont remember having this problem, it was later on that the problem started. Im thinking its something to do with the graphic card, maybe overheated? fan doesnt work? too old? i dont know, but before i do anything i would like some advice on what it may be and how i can fix it. Any specs or details you need please tell me and i will provide. I meet the game system requirements so i dont think its that. I have a few pics as examples.

This comletely messed up, couldnt see nothing of the game nearly. The game still runs, it doesnt freeze or anything, it jsut plays it like this most of the time.

You can see a little distortion on his armour.

The floor in this game changed.

If you look in the car and a bit around it you can see it.

The right side of the screen went a bit crazy.

Any advice would be great. Thanks alot for your time.
Ibrahim
