Default Question about www.webs.com sites

Well I made a free website from www.webs.com and I'm having some trouble, I want to put videos in the blog posts, but they won't show up, I took the embedded code, and go to the the "new post" and put the code into the HTML box, and when I publish the blog, nothing shows up, but when i go back and edit the post, the video is there. Any Ideas on how I can post videos/ embedded things in general like playlists?
