Default PSU Help

I am about to purchase the hardware to build my first computer, and I'm a bit worried whether the PSU I've selected will be capable of supporting the other hardware.

Proposed hardware:
PSU: Gigabyte Superb 720 - 720W

Mobo: Asus P5Q Deluxe Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core2 Quad 3.00Ghz (Q9650) 1333MHz 775 socket
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB - 7200RPM 32mb Cache
RAM: Corsair 2x2GB DDR2 1066MHz
Graphics: Palit GeForce GTX260+ 896mb 620Mhz Core Clock

Will the 720W PSU be able to (comfortably) handle the equipment?

PS. Feel free to offer any suggestions or advice on the other hardware, I haven't ordered the parts yet so if there is something better at a reasonable price available, I am still able to change them. i7 processors are out of my budget, don't bother suggesting that :p

Thank you for your help.

EDIT: Oh, also, which of these graphics card is better? I hear manufacturers sometimes stick on excess memory to make it look all fancy without it making that much difference to the performance.

(Aplogies if linking to outside sites is against rules, easier than me typing all the information, just edit this bit out if it is)

EDIT 2:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After taking Ethans advise, I checked out the i7 processors and found there wasn't any difference in price. Compiled a new setup for the i7 processor, with new motherboard, RAM, and of course different PSU. So, take a look at the new setup below and share some of your wisdom with me, and let me know if the PSU will be enough to power it. PLEASE point out if any of this hardware is not compatible with the other stuff... Nobody likes a jigsaw puzzle where the pieces don't fit.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P55-UD4P ($210):
