Default Time to upgrade

Hey peeps, s'up. Apparently my activity on CF is getting rusty been very busy.

anyways, as far as pictures are concerned I want to buy a proper camera.
Please don't start the whole Canon / Nikon thing, i'll take advice from you guys cause you have good gears and have on hands experience with em.

Ramo, Geoff, Ben, think you could help here

Thanks.

eh don't mind the budget but don't give me something overpriced !!
