Cool Post your size questions here

I'd actually like this to get stickied as I find myself keeping myself from making threads to ask questions like this:

I want to purchase an Antec 1200 to put my AMD build into. Along with the upgrade, I'd like to get a Prolimatech Megahalems. Will the Mega fit in the case with the AMD mount adapter?

So if you can answer this, answer it, but if you can't answer it, you can either agree or disagree with the thought that this should be stickied.

DONT SAY THATS WHAT SHE SAID ABOUT THE TITLE!!!

Yes it will fit because I have that exact same setup. I just want to mention though, that if your going to use the side fan, be prepared for a little modifying.

I literally mean a little, all I did was a little filing and it fits fine.

Filing on what? The heatsink or the case?

Also, can I get the heatsink fans to blow out the back of the case instead of straight up and out?

Well, I filed down the bottom pins a bit and slid the fan down some so that it wouldn't touch the fans on the heatsink.

And yes with the amd kit they send you, you have the option of positioning the heatsink up and out or to blow out the back of the case.

Bottom Pins?

And also, where do you live in Wisconsin? I have a feeling you've already told me this.
