can't boot :(
i recently upgraded my gfx card and psu and everything was fine. today i decided to take off my cooler from the old gfx card and replace the stock cooler so i could sell it, however when i put it in my crate and booted nothing happens!
i've now put the new card back in but still no luck  there is some power because the mobo light comes on but no fans spin up! heeeeeeelp
