Default TSSTCorp TS-H652L Problems

Hey guys. I'm new here and am having a couple problems with my dvd drive. When I got the computer, It would read and install Flight Sim X with no problems along with some other DVD-Rom games. Now It won't even recognize them. I can put them in the tray and It will start flashing the green light on the front of the drive but It won't read them. It just says that there is no disc in the drive. Can anybody, PLEASE, help me?

You might try here and do a firmware update to see if that helps.

I tried updating the firmware and yes, it does show up as a DVD-Ram drive.
