Default Computer Traffic

How do I tell how much I am downloading and uploading? I want to know how many mb/s I a dl and ul on a daily bases. Is there a way to keep track of this?

well there is a program out there called NetMon&Stat, it monitors all network activity, gives you graphs of the data usage, in either a hour by hour, week by week, and month by month.
