Talking Old Comp UPGRADE

Well... How to start off. Ok i got a old Comp Compaq Presario S5000NX (site: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/p...76/loc:0&cc=us )

and i am thinking of upgrading i to work on Windows Vista or 7 soo far i know these thing about my computer.

Specs

Motherbored: ....
Ram: 512Mb PC2100
HDD:40gb
Video card: intergrated its using 9mb of Ram
CPU: Intel Celeron z 2.50ghz

I need to get 512mb of ram which is this im about to buy
and i need to get a video card and a new IDE HDD

MY buget is 100$ for all of these things
Im looking for another Stick of ram thats cheap....possibly under 20-25$
A video card thats good but cheap that supports my computer( PCI ONLY{NO PCI-E})
and a hdd mabye 100Gb - 150gb
