Default Too slow?

I recently started playing multiplayer in COD WAW. But about 5-10 seconds into it everytime I just get cut and it says server interrupted or something like that. So I was just wondering though, I have 3mb DSL which I realize may be slow to some standards. Is this whats causing it?

OK it says something about punkbuster and it says ''service communication failure''. I have punkbuster on, it wouldn't let me join a server with it off anyway. I downloaded the PB setup and updated everything too, still does the same thing.
