Default change autoscroll to doubleclick?

I'm sure I had an old mouse set up this way a few years back but can't for the life of me figure out how to do it on a newer (1 1/2 yrs. old) HP. This is a mouse with a left button, a right button and a scroll in between. The Vista software doesn't offer an option for double click. Any one here know of a way to modify autoscroll? Is there another mouse software that would do it?

My index finger is wearing out playing Yahoo! pinochle....please help!!
