Default Battle.net Account merge problem

So frustrated.

I need to merge my WoW account with battlenet. So I go 'create new battle.net account', get to step1 where i need to choose my country, i then scroll all the way down the terms and conditions, tick 'I agree'.

Then nothing happens. At all. No continue tab, no 'next step'. What in Christs name is wrong here. Im going mad. I've tried on four computers, one just comes up with a error message, the others just stop at the page.

Is it due to the influx of people signing into battle.net?

Please help!

(i tried to contact Blizzard but it's just too slow.. i dont have 5 hours to sit at the pc and wait)

-Thanks
