How do you guys like this motherboard? I'm thinking about buying it to run with my GTS250 1gb and a Phenom II 955 BE and 6gb of ram. This winter i want to upgrade to sli GTX260's.

Why 6Gigs of RAM?
It's a dual channel board, so you'd need to buy two different kits to fill the slots evenly. 4Gig (2x2Gig) and 2Gig (2x1Gig)

I run a lot of programs at once. An example is when I make videos I have Sony Vegas running, Photoshop, the internet, MSN Messanger, and a few small ones. The 4gb ddr2 800 of ram I have now in my prebuilt is no where near acceptable performance wise right now.
I don't mind starting with 4gb of ram and adding the extra 2 if its not enough. How much of a difference is 4gb of ddr3 1333 than 4gb of ddr2 800? I'm new to this for the most part but am learning as I go. I also wouldn't mind running 6gb of ram. I was looking at this as it was suggested to me: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231275 What about the motherboard? What do you guys think about it?

If I were you I would run either 4Gigs or 8Gigs. That memory that was recommended to you will not work on the ASUS M4N82 Deluxe. The 4Gigs of RAM you currently have are probably not your issue. It's more likely a CPU issue.

Like said you need to get 4 or 8GB. Plus that board is DDR2 not DDR3.

I don't have a problem with running 8gb. Is this motherboard good for the money?

Buying new I would go with a DDR3 board.
If you want a AM3 DDR3 SLI board. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130236

Ya I would like the best bang for my buck. That board you posted is aesthetically better but other than that it seems to have all the features I am looking for.
I have done some searching and have yet to find an easy to understand difference between ddr2 and ddr3. Can you give me brief explanation? Again, I am new to most of this so be patient with me.

the main difference is that ddr3 runs at higher clock speeds and at a lower voltage. if you need easy reasearch material go to build-gaming-computer-guide.com.
