Default SCAN mother board

Hi Can any advise on this problem
I brought a mother board from SCAN International in May in Oct it failed. sent it back to SCAN, they told me it was my processor I brought new processor, tech came to have a look told me there was nothing wrong with the processor I had. Phoned SCAN they told me over the phone the board was not compatible with Ultimate 7. I told them it had been working fine since may? tried new power supply, ram you name it, tech said send it back this time although we checked they said it had a bent pin. Has anyone else had a problem with scan. I have had to buy another board from another company and lost £91.00 price of old board.

No, i have never had a problem with scan ever, that includes buying from them and returning, speaking to them in person (They are based in bolton, not far from me), nothing has ever arised that i can say is a negative thing.

If you bought it in May, depending on the board, it should come with the standard Scan 12m warranty, in which case you should have been able to return it, saying it is a faulty board and you know it is the board because every other component works on another board
