I just bought a digicom - VoIP USB Phone, to use when making and receiving Skype calls.
I installed the software from the disk, and then plugged in the USB into my computer. The user manual says it will work immediately, but it doesn't. The LCD screen starts counting in seconds, as if I were on a call. I also get the message on the system tray that it failed to install the device drivers. Is there a fault with the phone, or something I need to do to make it work? Thanks for help, as usual! |
