I didn't know where else to put this topic so please move it to the correct place if needed.

I recently installed the game Dungeon Keeper 2 for Windows Vista. When I play it, however, everything is black except for a few minor details. People are having the same problem as me, so they are doing the following:

I have attempted both of these options (which are very similar). When I enter the new target it tells me that the name in the target is not valid and to try again. This seems to be working for everyone else except for me. I am in dire need of help here, so if you can, please help.
