Default 2x9600gso or 250.

I found this 9600gso and it has 96 stream processors, ans 512mb of memory for only 63 bucks.

How would 2 or these compare to a single 250?

I have a m2n-sli so it would be x8 speed for both, but would that be a good upgrade?
