Problems with Maxtor 6Y160PO

I have a Maxtor 6Y160PO. It's a 160 GB ATA disk. It wasn't in DMA mode on my old computer. Then I bought a new computer (Not only for the disk

) and it was in DMA. But yesterday I looked in the device maneger and it was again in PIO.

So my drive again works slower. What could this cause? How can I solve this?

change it in BIOS.
