Do you have an updated Virus program installed on your system? Without internet access, it will be somewhat more difficult to remove. Do you have a usb flash drive or do you have access to a friends cd burner that you can download files and transfer them to your computer to install and run?

Please follow the instructions here if you are able to transfer files to yours.

You won't be able to update malwarebytes at first. Just run a full scan and remove anything it finds. After that post the log from malwarebytes and then run hijackthis and post the log from it. Then we can tell what is left on your system.
