I have a couple of these and want to know what they are for

Looks like a serial connection to some sort of device. Maybe a really old Palm hand held or something proprietary.

Yup! I recognize that button... That's a sync cable for some kind of palm. Can't tell you the model or anything though

Yeah, thats definately an older palm sync cable. I wanna say this is around the time of the visor series due to serial connection.

Agree with all above...my ancient Handspring Visor has a very similar cable!!
