Default FreeRadius Setup

hey guys having some trouble with a FreeRadius server. Hope somebody can help out.

Here is the setup:

Ubuntu machine running FreeRadius -> Wireless AP -> laptop using SecureW2

I have setup the freeradius server and the AP and they interact with each other. The problem i am having is when i try to connect my laptop to it. It does not authenticate my laptop.

Here is the debug information that the server shows me. I can not figure out what is wrong with it though.....
