no downloadable content on ps3?

Hi guys, I just switched from a 360 to a ps3 and im loving it so far.. Last year for fifa 09 on the xbox i downloaded the commentary in german, I just like it better. Well on the ps3 i have no found a way to do this, anyone know if thats possible?
