If your running a Video card, theres no point getting a board with onboard Video.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131402 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128378 Save a few bucks and get the X4 955, both overclock about the same. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103674 Power Supplies. Go with PC Power & Cooling/ Corsair or Silverstone. And get a Seagate 7200.12 Drive.

hmm im just reading reviews on both, if you are going to overclock you should probally go 17 920, but stock to stock people say the run about the same
stranglehold is correct, you dont need the onboard. why not go http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139009 save you some $$

Yes everything else will work. I would go with G Skill Ripjaw memory.

Looks good, I would still change the memory to G Skill Ripjaw. Have you though about instead of running two 4870 in Crossfire of just getting a 5850?
