hi i have a problem with my dell optiplex gx270

p4ht 3gz
2gb ram
160gb hd
geforce 6200
sony cd/dvd rewiter

i had two install xp back on two my conputer fresh install and it wiped my ethernet drivers an sound card drivers anyway i managed two sort out the ethernet drivers but wen i try 2 install the sound card drivers it goes on a blue screen an says windows have encounterd a problem and has 2 shut down?dont no wat else it could be .an i get A error code 1 says this device is not confiqured correctly?would be gratful for any helps thanks
