Default Is this a good hard drive?

http://cgi.ebay.com/Seagate-ST315003...item4a9b06c171

640Gigs isn't enough that came stock with the Dell XPS that I bought back in Feb. So I'm looking at 1.5tb [that should be enough] - and just need something that's atleast as good as the hard drive that's in my computer now. So will this thing hold up? Or would you guys suggest me something else?

Also, how much is a Windows 7 product key?

It's ok, but I would go with one of these instead:

They're cheaper and newegg is more reputable than any random seller on ebay.

sorry, I guess I wasn't really paying attention.

That's the one from ebay. I personally would still buy it from newegg for a few more bucks because of how good they are with RMAs just in case the drive is DOA.

Seagate is a good brand. I have a seagate that has been running fine for a couple years and no problems yet.

I agree with everyone about buying from places like newegg or tigerdirect. I would buy from those before I would buy from ebay.

Newer seagates are great but, the older ones are known to be loud and fail
