Default Pay As You Go Internet

I'm here to ask on behalf of a friend, one who uses her computer very little, if there are any PAYG internet packages out there. She is not after the USB mobile internet, just your standard BT line internet, with no monthly fee.

I know Tesco used to do one, but I think they may have stopped.
