Default Video Card Upgrade Question

Right now I have a Nvidia 9800GTX and I want to replace it with a Nvidia GTX 295. Will I be safe installing this GPU with a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-002-_-Product psu? it's a 620W PSU. I believe the card I want may be too powerful for my PSU. Please let me know before I buy, or suggest what card to buy with my setup. last upgrade along with windows 7 before i decide to build a new computer

fixed link*
