Default Gaming Problem, Please Help

Hi, when i play games on my computer it might freeze or give me the blue screen of death. Even after I restart my computer and uninstall the game it will continue to randomly freeze (usually within the first 20 minutes of me turning it on). Then I would have to recover it and it would be fine until I try to play games again. Could anyone please give me some advice on what might be wrong and how to fix this?

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5600+ 2.80GHz

Graphics Card: GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

RAM: 2942MB

Thanks.

What kind of games are you playing on that GeForce 6150SE nForce 430?

The only game I've been playing is "Heroes of Newerth"

How do your temps look? Get something like HWMonitor and see what they peak at. Perhaps play a game for a while and exit/ALT-TAB out of it before it locks up (assuming when you recover you have to reboot...)

I'm not sure which temperature to look at but my core #0 and #1 were at 35C and 45C respectively before i played a game. After a 30 minute game they were at 40C and 50C. I am a total newb at computers so I don't know if these temperatures are normal. Thank you for your time and help.
