Ubuntu 8.10 is a very good operating system. I can't wait until they release Ubuntu 9.10. Streaming movies off the Internet from Netflix doesn't work with Linux Ubuntu presently and the DVD player I use doesn't work well with my video card. Other than the old video games I play on occasion I use Ubuntu for a lot of activity on my system.

Sweet, I am upgrading now to Ubuntu 9.04 and then I am going to upgrade to Ubuntu 9.10.

I use red has linux, windows XP and windows 7 all on a dual boot.
Is it true Windows 7 is built from the ground up

I got XP and will stand by it I don't think it will die in a long time to come.
I also got MS - DOS on my laptop. Dunno y... It was on there wen I got it.

I'm loving Vista x64, but I'm expecting 7 x64 to get here any day now, and I bet it's going to be even better

I prefer win7 but use XP Pro SP3 cuz I do not want to buy an OS right now.
