Default Someone watching me!!?

Hi, i have laptop and when i turned it on, on the right hand side where the sidebar is (its vista) there was 2 sticky notes saying "Hello! im in your computer and i can see you, i live across the road DC67?"

Please tell me if thats a virus and is someone really remote controlling my computer?

P.s. my laptop has Norton 360 but the license ran out a few days ago.
windows firewall was not on because norton uses its own .

Thanks.

One thought ............. if your wireless then turn off and disable the messenger service. its not hard with this one.

only reason i made this comment is because a neighbor was wireless and never changed had or tied the wireless to maybe a authorized mac address. it was easy to post message, please call me. then we fixed the problem. and it was allowed because of the instant messenger service.
